These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SkwareStashify Chrome extension (the “Extension”). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Extension.

The Extension allows users to save selected content or webpage URLs directly into their Notion workspace. It is provided for personal and business productivity purposes only.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must have a valid Notion account to use the Extension’s features.
• You are responsible for managing your own Notion integration tokens, databases, and account permissions.
• You agree not to use the Extension for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: unauthorized data scraping, spamming, or transmitting harmful code.

3. Permissions

The Extension requests limited Chrome permissions (e.g., access to active tab, scripting, context menus, and storage) solely to provide its intended functionality. Details on how these permissions are used are available in our Privacy Policy.

4. Data Handling

• The Extension transmits selected content and webpage URLs only to Notion, under your authorization.
• We do not collect or share your browsing history or personal information beyond what is necessary for the Extension to function.
• Local Data Storage: To provide its functionality, the extension stores your Notion database IDs and the corresponding database names locally in your browser using Chrome’s local storage. This data is used solely to allow you to select which database to save content to. No database IDs or names are transmitted to our servers or shared with any third parties.
• By using the Extension, you understand that your interactions with Notion are governed by Notion’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
